Privacy PolicyLast updated March 17, 2026

Privacy-first by design, with the details spelled out.

AetherSim is built to keep checkout and delivery lightweight, but we still need certain information to process orders, provision eSIMs, prevent abuse, and support customers. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

Minimal checkout data

We try to keep checkout lightweight. In normal use, the main personal detail we need is the email address used to deliver and support your order.

Order fulfillment records

We keep the order details needed to provision your eSIM, confirm delivery, troubleshoot activation issues, and prevent duplicate fulfillment.

Third-party payments

Card and crypto payments are handled by external payment providers. We receive the details required to confirm payment status and match the payment to your order.

Support communications

If you contact us, we may keep the messages and contact details you choose to share so we can respond and continue supporting the same issue.

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how AetherSim collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you browse the site, purchase an eSIM, complete checkout, or contact support.

It applies to information connected to the AetherSim website, the order flow, and related support interactions. If a third-party payment provider or carrier processes information as part of the transaction, that provider's own terms and privacy notices also apply.

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the service. Some information is provided directly by you, and some is generated as part of checkout, delivery, or fraud prevention.

  • Contact details such as the email address you enter for checkout or support, and any name, phone number, or message content you submit through support channels.
  • Order details such as selected plans, quantities, payment method, order references, timestamps, and delivery status.
  • Provisioning and fulfillment data such as plan identifiers, activation delivery records, and technical identifiers tied to the issued eSIM.
  • Technical and security data such as request metadata, error logs, or anti-abuse information used to keep the service available and investigate suspicious activity.

How we use information

We use information to operate the store, provision purchased eSIM plans, send delivery emails, provide support, detect fraud, and maintain the reliability and security of the platform.

We may also use order and support information to diagnose failed activations, investigate payment issues, respond to customer questions, and improve how the service is delivered.

Payments and third-party processors

AetherSim supports card and crypto checkout through third-party providers. Those providers handle the sensitive payment flow on their own systems.

AetherSim does not store full card numbers or your private wallet keys on its own servers. We do receive the information required to confirm whether payment succeeded, match that payment to the order, and complete delivery.

Payment processors may collect additional data under their own privacy notices, including billing, wallet, fraud-screening, and transaction records.

When we share information

We share information only where it is reasonably necessary to run the service, complete a transaction, or comply with legal obligations.

  • With payment processors to create and confirm card or crypto checkout sessions.
  • With fulfillment, email, hosting, and infrastructure providers that help us provision plans and deliver order emails.
  • With network or carrier-side systems when required to issue or manage the purchased eSIM service.
  • When required by law, legal process, or a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver your order, keep required business records, investigate disputes, prevent abuse, and support legitimate operational needs.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect the data we hold. No online service can promise absolute security, so you should also protect the email account and device used for activation.

Your choices

You can choose not to provide optional support information, but some data is necessary for checkout and delivery. Without a working email address, we may not be able to send the activation details for your order.

If you want to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your order, contact us and we will review the request in light of our operational, legal, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support before or after purchase.
