The rules for ordering, activating, and using AetherSim.
These terms explain how AetherSim orders work, what customers should verify before purchase, how card and crypto payments are handled, and the practical limits that apply to digital eSIM service.
Compatible device required
You are responsible for confirming that your phone is unlocked, eSIM-compatible, and suitable for the destination plan before ordering.
Card and crypto checkout
Payments may be routed through external providers. Crypto transactions can involve timing, network, and exchange-rate risk outside AetherSim's control.
Service limits apply
Coverage, speed, activation timing, and local network availability can vary by destination, device, and carrier conditions.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the AetherSim website, purchasing a plan, or using an issued eSIM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete checkout.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful in your location and in the destination where you intend to activate the plan.
What AetherSim provides
AetherSim offers prepaid travel eSIM data plans that are delivered digitally after successful payment. Unless a specific product page says otherwise, plans are data-only and do not include a phone number.
We may update product listings, plan availability, pricing, supported destinations, or technical requirements at any time. Coverage and network quality depend on carrier partners and local conditions.
Orders, delivery, and activation
You must provide a valid email address that can receive your order information. Delivery is made to the email address supplied during checkout.
Before purchase, you should confirm device compatibility, carrier-unlock status, and destination suitability. AetherSim is not responsible for failed use caused by an unsupported device, a locked phone, incorrect installation, or activation steps not completed by the customer.
- An eSIM may only be installable once, depending on the product and carrier rules.
- Plan validity may begin when the eSIM first connects to a supported network.
- Roaming, speed, latency, and network access can vary by destination and by local partner coverage.
Payment terms
Checkout may be offered through card and crypto payment providers. You authorize AetherSim and its providers to process the transaction needed to complete your order.
Crypto payments are subject to blockchain confirmation times, provider rules, network fees, and price volatility. Once a crypto payment has been completed and recognized by the payment provider, it may be irreversible.
AetherSim may cancel or decline an order if payment is not completed, is flagged for fraud or abuse, or cannot be matched to a valid order request.
Permitted use
You may use the service for your own lawful connectivity needs. You may not misuse the site, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer protected systems, or resell issued eSIMs in a way that violates product restrictions or applicable law.
We may suspend access, refuse service, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe the service is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that threatens the platform, payment systems, or carrier relationships.
Support, cancellations, and refunds
If you run into a delivery or activation problem, contact support promptly so we can investigate. We will review requests for cancellation, refund, credit, or replacement based on the facts of the order and the stage of fulfillment.
Refunds or credits may be refused where the eSIM was delivered as described, the issue was caused by device incompatibility or a locked handset, the activation instructions were not followed, or the limitation arose from destination-side network conditions outside AetherSim's control.
Disclaimers and liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, specific speeds, uninterrupted coverage, or universal device compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AetherSim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the service. If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the service, payment methods, and fulfillment processes evolve. The updated version becomes effective when it is posted on this page, unless a later effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the site or service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
